Frequently Asked Questions

Who are your clients?

We work exclusively with design professionals. If you haven’t worked with a designer, we are happy to refer you to one.

Do you provide custom design work?

Because we work exclusively with designers, we get our design work from them and input into our internal CAD program.
We can then generate a full rendering of the project and send it into production.

How much will my project cost?

It can vary. Because our work is completely custom, our pricing will depend on wood species, finish and hardware, and any custom detailing required.
We provide specific quotes once a design has been detailed and submitted.

How long does it take to complete a project?

We will provide an expected lead time for delivery once an order is placed. It depends on our current project load, materials availability, and
scale of project but our most common lead time is 8-12 weeks.

Do you only make cabinetry?

Although we occasionally create custom casegoods we generally specialize in custom cabinetry.

What kind of cabinetry?

We focus mainly on frameless custom cabinetry for kitchens, closets, built-ins, and full home cabinetry needs.
But being a fully customizable shop, we can create nearly anything a designer wishes.

What materials and hardware do you use?

Our standard cabinet box is made from Baltic Birch ¾” Plywood with solid wood doors and drawer fronts. We can work with a variety of wood species as requested by our designers.
We use the highest quality Blum brand soft-close, undermount slides on our drawers and trays. Hinges can be custom ordered to fit your installation needs.
Finish hardware can be supplied by our designers.

What finishes do you offer?

Because we offer complete customization, we can use any finish upon request. We work with local prequalified professional painters to give our work an expert coating.

How do I know if I will like the finished look?

Before production begins, we will provide a full rendering of the project, complete with paint colors and finished hardware.
The designer and/or client must sign off on the rendering before we begin building.

Do you install yourselves?

Much like our finishing services, we contract out installation to trusted local craftspeople.
